Who will my dealer be?
When you sign up to make global payments with Hermex, you’ll be safe in the knowledge that your designated dealer will be an experienced market professional, with all of the knowledge and expertise necessary to help your business make the most efficient global payments possible. They’ll be based in our London City Office, easy to contact and always on hand to help with any questions or queries you may have.
How will they help me?
Your designated dealer will be your first port of call for any global payments that you wish to make, whether you want to action a spot contract, a forward contract or a market order. Simply give them a call to discuss your payment and verbally agree your trade – they’ll take care of all of the necessary paperwork on your behalf, and action your trade either immediately or at the appropriate time, depending on the type of contract you’ve chosen.
